Lumen was built on a simple idea: medical-grade results and a warm, unhurried experience are not opposites. You can be treated by physicians and still feel like a guest.

Every plan starts with a conversation, not a menu. We recommend only what serves your face and your timeline — often less than you'd expect. The aim is for you to look rested and like yourself, never worked on.

Before your first visit.

What happens at a consultation?
We talk before we treat. You'll sit down with a provider to discuss what's bothering you, review your history, and map a plan and timeline. There's no obligation to book anything on the day.
Is there downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Most injectables let you return to your day immediately, with the occasional small bruise. Resurfacing and peels ask for a few quiet days. We'll always tell you exactly what to expect beforehand.
Does it hurt?
Most patients describe treatments as very tolerable. We use topical numbing where it helps and pace everything to your comfort. Nothing moves forward until you're ready.
Will I look overdone?
That's precisely what we work to avoid. Our house style is conservative — we'd rather you return for a little more than start with too much. The goal is that you look like a well-rested version of yourself.
How soon will I see results?
Some results are immediate; others build over weeks. Neuromodulators settle over several days, fillers are visible right away, and skin treatments improve across a series. Your provider will give you a clear timeline.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Members receive preferred pricing, and we offer financing options for larger treatment plans. We're happy to walk through the numbers openly at your consultation.
